As Founder and Creative Director of The Hair Lab Herts & Academy, Ellie is the vision and expertise behind the brand. With over 10 years of industry experience, she is an award winning specialist, recognised for Best of Blonde and Hair Extension Specialist.
Renowned for her precision in luxury blonding and seamless extension artistry, Ellie’s work is defined by exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to hair integrity. Every transformation is thoughtfully crafted to be refined, wearable, and confidence enhancing.
Beyond the salon floor, Ellie leads the Academy with the same passion that built The Hair Lab Herts mentoring ambitious stylists and upholding the elevated technical standards the brand is known for.
Junior Stylist & Head Spa Specialist
Scarlett is our Junior Stylist and Head Spa Specialist, bringing a vibrant, bubbly energy and warm, chatty nature to every appointment. Awarded Apprentice of the year 2023, she is recognised for her dedication, growth and commitment within the industry. Personally trained and qualified in tape hair extensions by Ellie, Scarlett offers natural looking, lightweight enhancements with a strong focus on hair health.
As our Japanese Head Spa Specialist, she provides deeply restorative rituals designed to rebalance the scalp and promote overall hair wellness. Passionate about her craft and committed to continuous development within our Academy, Scarlett combines growing technical expertise with genuine client connection perfectly reflecting the elevated yet inviting atmosphere of The Hair Lab Herts.
